More than 5,200 acres in Lincoln County will soon be one of the newest luxury master planned communities in Las Vegas.

The Olympia Group, a major developer in the Las Vegas area, purchased the property to develop the Southern Highlands master planned community, which offers luxury homes and commercial space to the southwest of Las Vegas.

Residents have easy access to parks, tennis courts, and trails within the community. There are also restaurants, shops, and schools planned for the neighborhood.

Amenities include a professional golf course at the Southern Highlands Golf Club and Spa. This private club has membership limits for just 360 people, making it easy to enjoy a round of golf without dealing with the crowds. There is also a resort style pool with private cabanas and Jacuzzi.

Southern Highlands is located south of the Las Vegas strip and east of Interstate 15 in Lincoln County. The Las Vegas strip and downtown Las Vegas are just a few minutes away.
